Views Of People With Learning Disabilities
'How to get the views of people with learning disabilities and little or no verbal communication in monitoring the quality of your service' (1 day). This course teaches you how to use Talking Mats to involve those people hardest to reach due to communication difficulties when evaluating the service you provide. This course will evidence inclusion and enhance your quality assurance systems for your CQC inspections.
Audience – Residential care home services, domiciliary care services for people with learning disabilities.
