This course used Wolfensberger’s theory of Social Role Valorisation to help you explore how devaluation affects the people you support and gives you a toolkit to assess and improve the service you provide by using valued social roles and Citizenship principals.
Audience – Support and Domiciliary care providers, residential care home providers for people with learning disabilities or mental health needs.
