'Making The Change From Residential Care - Strategic Planning' (1 day). This course looks at the strategic planning involved in making this shift including the national context, building relationships with Commissioners, making partnerships with housing providers, costing it out, working together and change management.
Audience – Commissioners of housing and support for people currently living in residential care (Local Authority or Primary Care Trust), residential care providers (learning disabilities, mental health or older people) who are considering reconfiguration, closure and redesign, or moving towards supporting people in their own homes with support.
