Managing People's Money
'Managing people's money when they don't have capacity' (1 day). This course teaches you about the Mental Capacity Act 2005 in relation to decisions about a person’s finances. It will then explore information and tools to use to increase a person’s capacity to make decisions, and guide you on the route to take if someone lacks the capacity to make decisions about their finances.
Audience – Residential care providers, domiciliary care providers, commissioners.
