Tenancy Made Easy
'Tenancy made Easy!' (1 day). This is a range of courses that help you understand the Mental Capacity Act in relation to tenancy and advices on processes and tools (developed with Housing Options) to use to enable people with learning disabilities to sign their own tenancy, or for those who lack capacity it will teach you how to proceed legally and ethically.
Audience – Housing providers, support providers, domiciliary care providers. Services for people with learning disabilities and mental health needs.
